if 1.5 billion people wait one minute upon rebooting their computers or laptops or tablets for microsoft to update windows, then that is 25,000,000 hours, which at minimum wage is 250 millions dollars in work time lost.  Shame on your feelings and position of entitlement mr. microsoft.
